There are powersport dealers and then there is HK Powersports. I have been buying atvs and utvs for many years and I have never met a better group of people. Phenomenal customer experience. Big shout out to Hank for his presentationand and lack of sales pressure. Straight shooter and very up front about what I was paying for and what I was getting. Great experience all around. Every staff member I talked with had a great demeanor and went out of their ways to make this a great experience. My wife, who really hates salesman, enjoyed our experience and was very happy when we loaded up. Went up north the next say and put 50+ miles on the machine. I recently purchased a 2023 Ryker Sport from HK Powersports in Hooksett and could not be happier! Hank spent quite a bit of time with me in the days prior to purchasing the bike, as I had not been on a bike in some time, including taking the bike out on the road for an hour on a couple of occasions to ensure that I was comfortable and confident on the bike. After purchasing the bike, he also checked in a few times to see how things were going. GREAT customer service!!!

Bought a new CFMOTO 1000XL. Dealt with Hank. Everything done exactly as he said it would be. Very friendly but professional at the same time. Unit was delivered to my house by the owner so got some time with him. Great business, I wish they were looking for investors!
